  4. 1.  Added online help.  Thanks to Arthur Muller for creating the initial
  5.     HLP file and getting me going on it.
  6.  
  7. 2.  Created a way to delete old invoices ("purge") all at once.
  8.  
  9. 3.  Changed most of the text buttons to icon-buttons.
  10.  
  11. 4.  Added a way to sort the invoices by Name, Date, or Invoice number.
  12.  
  13. 5.  Fixed a problem where the date would run over the right edge on some
  14.     invoices.

  16. 6.  Added a "paid" checkbox for invoices.
  17.  
  18. 7.  Added "Move Up" and "Move Down" buttons to reorder the charges on an 
  19.     invoice.

  21. 8.  Changed the print preview to speed it up for long invoices.

  23. 9.  Fixed a printing problem when there was a client with a name, but nothing
  24.     in the company field.

  26. 10. Made the indentation for multi-line charges an option.

  28. 11. Added an option for printing on letterhead to allow for a 2" logo at the
  29.     top of the page.

  31. 12. Added an option to report (or purge) paid, unpaid, or all invoices.
